Stage 1: Enter Service Mode

1. Kill the printer.

2. Press and hold the Stop catch.

3. Press and hold the Power catch.

4. Discharge the Stop catch (the Power catch is as yet squeezed).

6. Press and hold the Stop catch.

7. Discharge the Power and Stop catches together.

• Turn on printer

• Printer prepared for utilize

b. Reset with Service Tool v.4720

• Download Service Tool (bolster Win XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10)

• Extract document and open Service Tool

• Load paper

• Clear Ink Counter, select MAIN (1)

• Set (2)

• Wait the printer complete the process of printing D=000.0

• Click OK

• Close Service Tool

• Turn off printer (hold up 10 seconds)

• Turn on printer

• Printer prepared for utilize
